1/4 cupLemon juice
1 tbspOrange/lemon zest
1 tbspBlue food colour
Cinnamon stick 1

In a pot add sugar, lemon, cinnamon, lemon/Orange zest and water.

Then add the food colour and stir.

Then cook for 7-10min

After you cook it then you strain

After you strain, then pour it in a jar and refrigerator it.
