Ingredients

one hour
6 servings
  • 2 cupsMaida
  • 100 gramGhee
  • to tasteSalt
  • Ajwain half tsp
  • Safed zeera one tesp, baking powder half tesp
  • Qeema chicken or beef half kg
  • Onion finely chopped one
  • Dahi half cup
  • Oil two tbs for making filling
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Crushed black pepper one tesp
  • 2 tbsGreen chilli crushed

Steps

one hour
  1. 1

    For dough. Take maida add salt, ghee, b. Powder, zeera, ajwain and make a soft dough with little quantity of water. Set aside

  2. 2

    For filling. Take a pan add two tbs oil saute onion add qeema, ginger garlic paste, dahi, salt, b. Pepper

  3. 3

    Cook ot until qeema becomes soft and water dries

  4. 4

    Add green chillies in the end

  5. 5

    Make small balls of the dough and make small chapati like bul wala pratha. Place filling in the center and fold like paira

    Deep fry on medium heat till golden brown
