Steps

Cut all the vegetables in a fine manner,green chilli split into two

Take a pan add oil to it once get heat seasoning it with mustard then add all the vegetables,turmeric powder,salt,grated coconut and sprinkle little water, stir well and close with a lid and keep it till the vegetables becomes soft and cooked

Once cooked garnish with curry leaves and transfer it to a bowl to serve.
