  • 1Onion
  • 1Tomato
  • 2Green chilli
  • 2Garlic cloves
  • 1 inchGinger
  • handfulPeanuts
  • 1Carrot
  • 1/2capsicum
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • red chilli powder as per taste
  • As neededAmul butter
  • 1 tspGhee
  • 5-6curry leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare all the ingredients.cut all the veggies.

    Take a pan.put ghee on it.put 1 tsp.jeera in it.put all the veggies and kadhi patta in it.when it's cooked,

    Put rice and dal in it.sprinkle sambhar in it.At the time of serving 2 piece of butter took in it.it's having very good taste.
