Cut your yam wash add salt and boil until soft.then mash the yam, in a bowl grind your pepper,onion,and boil fish add to the bowl add your Maggi and curry powder.

Mix mash well until smooth, mould yam in to small balls

Break your eggs in a bowl add Maggi and mix put your yam balls in the flour and transfer into the egg and add veg oil in your pan and heat,fry the yam balls after deep in the flour and egg.
