Delicious moist cake with a great twist of flavors

Ingredients

  1. Cake
  2. 2 cflour
  3. 2 csugar
  4. 1 tspvanilla
  5. 2eggs, beaten
  6. 2 tspbaking soda
  7. 1can(s) (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
  8. 1/2 cchopped walnuts or pecans
  9. Icing
  10. 8 ozpkg. cream cheese
  11. 1 stickbutter
  12. 1 1/3 cpowdered sugar
  13. 1 tspvanilla
  14. 1/2 cchopped walnuts or pecans

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all cake ingredients together by hand. Pour into ungreased, unfloured 9 x 13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Usually 30 minutes do not over cook it will be dry.

    Mix together icing ingredients with electric mixer. Spread over hot cake; sprinkle with more nuts if wanted. Refrigerate immediately.
