  • 1Ginger
  • 1Garlic
  • Lemon
  • Salt
  • Cooking oil

    Gather your ingrediates

    Put the fresh fish in a bowl and add ginger and garlic paste to it

    Sprinkle salt to it and squeeze a lemon to it

    Cover it and let it settle for 15 min

    Dip them in hot cooking oil according to the size of your frying pan
