2 cupswheat flour
1 tbspghee
to tasteSalt
1/4ajwain
Ghee to serve

Steps

Mix all the ingredients.

Knead hard dough.

Make lemon size balls.

Heat OTG at 200°C for 10 mins.

Bake it for 30 mins.till golden brown.

When done remove it and dip all baatis in ghee. Keep it for 5 mins in ghee.

Now serve hot with dal and churma...pickle.
