Steps

Make Double melted chocolate in liquid form, then cool it for 5 mins pour in pipping bag as shown in the picture.

Then keep it in refrigerator this cone for 1min then make small choc chips on a plate (plate cover with foil paper) then again keep this plate in the freezer for 5min to set these choco chips.

Then remove choco chips from the foil paper plate. Store in airtight box or container.
