In a pan put the oil and make it a little hot.

Then add garlic to it and sauté for 2 minutes. Then add the other vegetables.

After that add chill flakes, Oregano, salt and pepper to the vegetables. Mix for 2 minutes. Then keep the mixture aside.

Take the bread slices and roll it into thin slices with the help of a rolling pin.

Preheat oven at 180°C for 5 minutes.

Take a baking dish and apply a drop of oil on the bottom of the dish.

Spread some pasta sauce and mayonnaise as the first layer of lasagna.

Then spread the layer of vegetables mixture and cheese.

On that put 4 slices of bread.

Continue putting the layers until the tray is almost full, then put a little bit of the vegetable mixture and cheese as the top most layer.

Put it in the oven and late it bake for 8-10 minutes.

Cut and served.
