Sift the flour,salt n baking together

Mix sugar water n mala together until it dissolves

Add the oil n the lemon rind n mix

Start adding ur flour mix bit by bit.knead until its firm.put it on a surface n knead for 10min.

Put it back in the killed bowl n let it rest for 1hr.then cut into desired shapes n deep fry both sides til golden brown.
