Take a bowl. Add leftover rice, boiled potatoes, chopped capsicum, chopped onion, and corn flour and all spices mix it well.

Make roundels of the mixture and slightly flatten the cutlets.

Keep fry on a medium flame till golden brown. Keep aside on paper towel.

Serve hot with tomato sauce.
