First,collect all the ingredients.and cut all the vegetables in to small pieces.

Than take kadhai,put oil and jeera, mustard in it.in ready tadka,put all the vegetables.

When veggies cooked,put paneer,salt and black pepper in it.saute it properly and covered it for 5 minutes in slow flame.

Paneer bhurji is ready to serve.put coriander for garnishing.
