Peel and boil potatoes till soft. Boil the potatoes in salted water

Steam the chopped / frozen spinach while boiling the potatoes. Puree the spinach after steaming for about 5 minutes

Mash the potatoes and add in butter and cream cheese while potatoes are still warm. I used cream cheese with garlic and herbs. You can use just plain cream cheese and add your own blended herbs. Mix well

Mix in puréed spinach and after it is well mixed you can sprinkle some black pepper and salt if needed
