Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the spring onions and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds,add the rest of remaining ingredients and saute well,turn of the flame,let it cool then divide the portion

Heat the oil in a deep kadhai, deep-fry a few cigars on a medium flame till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides. Ready to serve with Hot chilli sauce or Sweet & Sour Sauce
