Ingredients

  • 3 bowlwheat flour
  • 1/2 kggud
  • 2 bowlwater
  • As neededghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add water and gud rest for 2 hour

  2. 2

    Knead the tight dough with gud water.

    Make small bowl from dough roll out in round shape.

    Heat twa put roll out dough on it and cook till get brown now ghee put on it and cook on low flame. Mithi roti is ready to serve.
