Steps

Cut paneer, capsicum and onion in big pieces. Deseed tomato and cut into big pieces.

Strain curd for 10 minutes to remove excess water. Transfer curd to deep utensil, now add all ingredients except vegetables. Mix well.

Take 2 tbsp mixture in bowl add capsicum and mix gently, repeat the same for, tomato and onion

Now in remaining mixture add paneer & mix gently. Marinate for half hour.

Take a skewer and arrange paneer, onion, tomato and capsicum on a skewer, alternating with each other, apply butter with brush. Cook direct on flame or on non-stick tawa. Serve with coriander mint chutney and salad.
