Soak all the grains for 4 hours.

Make a smooth paste after adding green chillies and ginger.

Cover and keep in a warm place for 8-10 hours.

The batter is fermented after 8-10 hours.Add curd and fold the batter with gentle strokes in one direction.

Warm a steamer in microwave oven.Grease the idli mould,put batter in the mould.

Microwave on HIGH power for 3 minutes.If you are using a gas stove mould,steam the idlis for 15-20 minutes.

Take out and serve with onion chutney and Sambhar.
