Steps

Add some mangoes to a blender and blend it till it becomes paste

Then add the pulp to a pan and keep it in medium flame and cook.

Stir continuously and add 1tbsp sugar and cardamon powder to it.

The paste thickens then take a steel plate and grease it with some ghee or oil.

Then add the pulp to it and keep it in the sun for two days and after two days it becomes candy

And is ready to eat
