Steps

Steam rice. Add oil to pan. Add mustard seeds. Saute for few seconds. Add chana dal and urad dal. Saute for 1 minute. Add peanuts, red chillies,curry leaves. Saute for 1 minute.

Add ginger paste. Saute for 30 seconds. Add turmeric powder. Mix. Add steamed rice, salt, Mix for 1 minute.

Add lemon juice, coriander leaves and sugar. Mix and serve hot.
