Boil pasta with 3 cups of water strain it keep aside.take a pan add butter along with all purpose flour stir it for 2to 3 minutes add milk to it along with dry herbs and black pepper.

Take a sauce pan put olive oil add garlic stir it few seconds add capsicum,cornstir it for 2min add pasta and stir it on low flame for 1min add origano,salt chillyflakes,garlicpowder in the add white sauce u have prepared earlier top it with sm cheese serve hot.
