Stuffed and Breaded Zucchini Flowers in Air Fryer

Chop the black olives and mix them with the ricotta.

Clean the zucchini flowers, removing the stem, stalk, and small leaf crown.

Take 3 flowers (preferably the smaller ones or those with damaged petals), chop them, and add them to the ricotta.

Prepare the beaten eggs with pecorino and spices.

Fill each flower with a spoonful of ricotta and roll the petals to close like a candy.

Dip the flowers in the beaten eggs and then coat them with breadcrumbs on both sides.

Place a sheet of parchment paper in the air fryer basket and arrange the breaded flowers on it. Drizzle a little oil over the flowers. If you have an oil sprayer, that's even better.

Start cooking by inserting the basket. Set the temperature to 350°F for 10 minutes. There's no need to turn them.

Serve hot or warm.
