  • 2 kgSurmae fish
  • 3 tbspBesan
  • 1Egg
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspRed chilli flakes
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tspChat masala powder
  • 1 tspZeera powder
  • 1 tbspLemon juice
  • 1 pinchAjwain
  • 1 tbspGaram masala powder
  • Water as need
  • Oil for frying

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients add water to make normal paste

  2. 2

    Dip the fish in it and leave for 2 hour

  3. 3

    Then fry on medium flame then high flame serve hot
