Cauliflower potato sabji

For cauliflower sabji- cut the cauliflower and potato wash in hot water with a little salt. Drain the water and wash it with tap water and cut ginger and green chilli.

Now heat Mustard oil. Add asafoetida, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, Red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala. Saute till golden brown and add salt to taste. Add little water, cover and cook till done. Add Amchur powder mix well.

Garnish it with coriander leaves.
