Mutton Chops Fry

A delectable mutton chops recipe that will sweep you off your feet. Equal to tala huwa gosht from Hyderabad City, this one is a lovely variation by me for a change. Relish it's scintillating taste and flavour that will make you fall in love with it and you will want to make it more often. Made with simple spices, it is rich in colour and tastes heavenly with a steaming hot plate of plain boiled rice and khatti dal. Serve it for breakfast with rotis or lunch with rice and dal. It is infact a much easy going one that can be had as per one's convenience and liking.
Eid Mubarak!
