Make a slit between bhindi.

Cut in to 2 small size onion in to 4 pieces and remove petals. Cut medium size onion in to finely chopped.

Take a jar and add 2 tomato,2 green chill, garlic & ginger (chopped) make paste.

Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp oil. Now add bhindi,¼ tsp salt,5 pinch haldi and ¼ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder. & Fry 4 min. Now add onion and fry 2 min.

Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp oil. Now add jeera & black cardamom.now add chopped onion and fry till light golden colour. Now add 1 tsp besan and mix well.

Now add salt, red chilli, dhaniya powder, haldi powder and garam masala mix well.

Now add tomato puree & mix well. Now add ½ cup water and cover & cook 5 to 7 min. after 7 min now add kasuri methi and bhindi & mix well

Cover and cook 2 min. Now add 1 Diceed tomato with on seeds. Cover and cook again 2 min.

Serve with paratha.
