In a mixer jar put besan and curd mix well until you get a smooth lump-free paste.

In a pan heat 1 tsp oil, add fenugreek seeds, curry patta and mustard seeds saute for a minute now add hing, salt and another dry masala in it. Pour besan - curd mixture in it and stir constantly until a boil. Now add water in it according to you. Bring a boil and slow down the gas.

In a mixing bowl add all ingredients of pakoda and make a smooth batter. Heat oil in a kadhai and fry pakoda. Put these pakodas in boiling kadhi and cover it. Cook for few more minutes.

In a pressure cooker heat ghee add rice and salt saute for a minute and add water. Take one whistle and rice is ready.

Now our kadhi os also ready to serve. Enjoy hot kadhi chawal with masala mirchi (already posted).
