  • Maida half kg
  • 300 gramPowder sugar
  • 15Crushed almonds
  • Coconut powder
  • Green Cardamom powder 1 tabelspoon
  • Homade malai 4 tabelspoon or ghee
  • 2eggs
  • Halfcup milk

  1. 1

    Mix malai in maida and eggs with hands

    Then add cardamom powder coconut powder and add almonds

    Then add little by little milk then make round shape of these batter then fry it in ghee medium flame
