Coconut ladoos

Grate coconut. Take a non-stick pan add coconut and roast until it turns aromatic.

Now add crumbled khoya and mix it well for 2-3 mins, then add Jaggery and mix well to combine.

Then add milk powder and mix really really well. Finally, add the cardamons.

Once every thing gets combined remove from the flame. Add little ghee on your palm and make medium sized ladoos.

Garnish with raisins and almonds
