Steps

Take a pressure cooker and add 1 tblsp ghee. I am a big fan of ghee. We can also use oliveoil instead.

Add cumin seeds. After cumin seeds starts cracking add onion. Fry onion till golden brown.

Now add all your remaining veggies. Fry for 2 mins. Add haldi and garam masala. Fry masalas with exotic veggies for more 2 mins.

Now veggies and masala is cooked and giving amazing smell add your daliya.

Add two cups water and close the lid of cooker. Let daliya cook on medium flame for 3 whistles.

After three whistles close the burner.

Daliya is ready to serve.
