1/2 cupbutter softened
1/2 cuplight brown sugar
1/3 cupgranulated sugar
6 dropsvanilla essence or few drops
1large egg
1 cupflour (all purpose)
1/2tsp baking soda
1/4 teaspoonsalt
1/2 cupchocolate chips
1/2 cupnutella melted chocolate

Pre heat oven to 170•C

In a large bowl whisk butter, sugar & vanilla essence until light creamy texture then whisk in the egg until combined

Dry ingredients (flour,baking soda,salt) mix then the dry mixture into the wet until just combine

Fold in half of the chocolate chips and mix now dough is ready

Now put half cookie dough into baking sheet or pan

Melt the nua in microwave for just 30s until become thinner in consistency

Spread the nutella over the cookie dough in the skillet now top with remining cookie dough smoothing the layer with back of metal spoon then sprinkle with remining chocolate chips

Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes
