Ingredients

1 serving

4lettuce leaves (any lettuce you want)
1 handfulcherry tomatoes
Halfa red, orange and yellow pepper
Cucumber
Salad dressing (optional)
slicesBeetroot
Black salad olives

Steps

1

First, arrange the lettuce into a flower shape with its leaves pointing outwards.

Next chop the cucumber into sticks or slices and place on top of the lettuce.

Cut the tomatoes in half and place them around the plate.

Slice the peppers and put them in.

Next, dot the beetroot slices around the plate.

Sprinkle the olives in and squirt on the dressing.
