Whisk ghee and sugar until flufy.

Then add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well with hands until dough is formed.

Your naan khatai base dough is ready.

Possibilities are endless... You can make badam naan khatai, pista naan khatai, cashew naan khatai anything... Just take sliced almonds and mix in the naan khatai dough and make balls of the dough and press them slightly.

Then topped them with sliced almonds and place all the naan khatai in the baking tray and bake in 200 degree preheated oven for about 15 to 20 mins or until the naan khatai is golden and crispy....😊😊😊
