Cut boiled aloo into pieces, boil matar, dry roast groundnuts.

Take oil in a pan, add aloo matar, red chilli powder and salt try for 10 minutes till Aloo became Brown

Take some fried aloo in a serving plate add groundnuts sev, dahi, green chutney, tomato sauce, sprinkle some red chilli powder, and lastly garnish with chopped coriander, boondi.
