In a mixing bowl,cracj the eggs,add the buttermilk,oil, condensed milk and sugar and use a hand whisker to mix for 5mins. Pour in the boiled water and mix till the sugar is dissolved. Set aside.

In another bowl combine all the dry ingredients and stir well to combine.gradually pour the wet ingredients on the dry ingredients and give it a nice mix. Make sure it's smooth. Pour the batter into greased cake pans and bake in a preheated oven. Can be served with chocolate syrup or whipped cream.
