I love sushi personally but due to the lockdown I’ve been craving for it at home
So I tried some sushi donuts which turned out amazing

Ingredients

1 bowlrice
1/2 spoonsugar
1/2cheese
1 spoonsoy sauce
1 spoonSichuan oil
1sliced purple cabbage
1sliced onion
1sliced carrot
5-6 leavesbasil
1 clovegarlic

Steps

Boil the rice along with sugar.

When boiled add cheese to it so that it holds it's shaped.

Put the rice mixture in a donut mould.

Unmould it and add your veggies.

Ready to serve.
