First finely chopped all the veggies and the mix chane ka sattu in veggies and then add mangrael and ajwain as well as salt in it. Further add lemon juice and mustard oil to the mixture and leave the mix for rest for 15 minutes so that all the flavours get enhanced.

Now we will take the Atta and make small balls and the fill the stuffing in it and then roll it in roti shape. Further shallow fry on both side on the Tawa with mustard oil.

Your makuni is ready u can have it with mango puree and Aamir ka achar

Note: for best paratha so that filling not comes out during rolling u shd make soft Atta.
