Ingredients

1 litre
  1. 2 cupmango pulp
  2. 500 mlfull cream milk
  3. 1 cupfresh cream
  4. 1/4 cupmilk powder
  5. 1/2 cupsugar
  6. 2 tbscustard powder

  1. 1

    Keep the milk for boiling and mix custard powder in cold milk and once the milk is boiled add custard mixture,sugar and cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame.

    Mix mango pulp,cream and custard together beat just for a minute. Add milk powder and mix well.

    Set the icecream in any steel or metal box covered with silver foil so that no ice layer should form. Set it for 12 hours or overnight. Icecream is ready to serve chilled just like that or any fruit topping as per your choice.
