No oil recipe..full of veggies..healthy and soupy..good sauce and a great replacement for non junk snack ,easy to make.
Steps

Firstly take a pan add oil or ghee,,add chopped onions and dein tomatoes, add finely chopped veggies. Saute them for 5 min and add salt to taste, pepper, haldi, maggi masala, garam masala and mix well, add half glass water and mix well.

Let it cook for 5 min and now add raw noodles and mix it then add 1 more glass water and mix.

And cook until noodles and veggies get soft, add 1 spoon tomato ketchup and half lemon juice(if u like). You can add more water if you want more soupy and now your soupy noodles are ready.
