My goto breakfast for a long time. Perfected with multiple iterations.
Steps

Chop onion and bacon. Fry them in oil.

Add chili to pan. Enough to give it some kick according to your personal taste.

Break eggs to a bowl. Mix with salt and pepper

Pour egg mixture into pan and add cheese as well.

Scramble until eggs are done and cheese melted.
- 6
Serve in a bowl and eat with rye bread or as is.
