Put oil on a hot pan and firstly fly the onion for about 2-4 min on regular fire.

Add the meat and the spices (about a tea spoon of each and you can add spicy chilli powder depending on your taste). Add 1 Tomato and the two carrots cut on small dices.Fly for 10 min,after add the washed rice,mix it well and add 1/3 water of the quantity of the rice. Leave it to cook slowly while you wash and take off the bell peppers footstalks.

When the water inside the pan is almost gone stop the fire and turn on the oven on 200C. With a spoon take small amount of the mix and put inside the peppers,fill them up with the rice mix and place them in the oven with 2/3 water of the amount of the rice used for the mix. Bake it for 40-50min as you can turn the peppers from one side to another.

Enjoy the healthy dish with a spoon of Greek style yogurt on the top and some fresh herbs.
