Ingredients

  1. oil half cup
  2. 2onion large size
  3. potato half kg
  4. 3 tbsgarlic paste
  5. 1 tbstrumeric powder
  6. 1.5 tbssalt
  7. 2 tbspeprica powder
  8. 3chopped green chilli
  9. 1 tbspickle masala
  10. 2tomato
  11. water half cup

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take vegetables and cut into small cube size.

    Take a pan and heat the oil.whenoil is hot then add onion.cook untill light brown.

    Add garlic paste and tomatoo cook fr 5 minute.

  4. 4

    Add trumeric powder,salt,peprica powder and pickle masala.cook over low flame fr 5 minute.

    Add vegetables then cook fr 5 minute.

  6. 6

    Add half cup water then cook over low flame fr 25 minute.

  7. 7

    Garnish with green coriander.

  8. 8

    Ready to serve it.
