Ingredients

  1. 1.1/2 cup wheat flour
  2. 1.1/2 spoon achari masala
  3. 1onion chopped
  4. Pinchhing
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. as neededOil
  7. as neededWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Put wheat flour,salt, achari masala,chopped onion,hing and enough water in a mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Knead the dough.

  3. 3

    Make paratha with the dough put on hot tawa spread oil and shallow fry from both sides.

  4. 4

    Serve with lemon pickle
