4 servings
  • 400 gmsdahi
  • 1 teaspoonblack salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonchaat masala
  • 5 tbspsugar
  • 1kafir lime
  • as requiredWater and ice

Steps

    In the mixer add the curd, black salt, sugar, chat masala, lemon zest and lemon juice. Add water and mix it. Put it in a glass.

    Sprinkle some chaat masala and remaining lemon zest. Be careful that you make the lemon zest lightly other wise it will get bitter
