Take a kadai, add oil, heat oil for some min. Add methi seeds roast it well, then it changed colour, add ginger garlic paste, roast it after some time it looks light brown, add salt,turmeric,and red chilli powder.

Combined it well, add onion and potato. Mix it, in the low flame, all spices and potato onion combined well. In the low flame cook it.

Cover it with the lid, After 10 min, check your sabzi, cook well. Sprinkle some garam masala and aamchur. Ready your sabzi.

Serve it with chapati.
