Wash and cut tomatoes into pieces

Heat water in a pot and add tomatoes

Boil until tender

Transfer boiled tomatoes in a blender and puree

Use a sieve to strain out seeds and skin

Pour the smooth paste back into the pot,add vinegar,onion powder,garlic and honey and cook until thick.

Turn off heat,allow to cool and transfer into a container

Store refrigerated
