Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cupsbutter (simas)
  2. 2 1/4 cupsflour
  3. 1/2sugar
  4. 1 tspvanilla essence

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix butter & sugar using mixer in bowl until light & fluffy

    Add vanilla & the flour (sieved) mix till it forms like crumbs texture

    Pour out into a clean kneeding surface. Mix well with clean palms until a smooth dough forms. Shape it to long rectangular prism

    Sprinkle raw sugar on smooth surface and roll dough on sugar

    Transfer the sugar coated dough into plastic (cling firm) and wrap

  6. 6

    Refrigerate till firm. Unwrap it & cut to square

  7. 7

    Arrange in a baking tray

    Bake until lightly golden. Enjoy
