Ingredients

  • २ कप मैदा
  • १ कप शकर
  • १ टीस्पून खाने का सोडा
  • १/२ कप बटर
  • १/२ कप पानी
  • १ कप पानी चाशनी के लिए
  • घी या तेल तलने के लिए

Steps

  1. 1

    चाशनी बनाने कि लिए सबसे पहले शकर और पानी मिला पर गैस पर गरम होने रखे। पानी को बीच बीच में मिलते रहे ताकि शकर तले में ना चिपके। चाशनी थोड़ी गाड़ी होने तक पकाए फिर गैस बंद कर दे।

    अब एक बड़े बर्तन में मैदा, सोडा, बटर और पानी मिला कर एक साथ इकट्ठा होने तक मिलने के बाद १५ मिनट के लिए रख दे

    फिर एक हाथ मैदे को किचन प्लाट्फ़ोर्म पर रखे और फिर हाथ से थोड़ा फैलते हगे थोड़ा लम्बा करे। अब इस आटे के ४ हिस्से करे और एक के ऊपर एक रखते जाए और फिर से यही प्रक्रिया ४ बार दोहराए इससे बालुशाही में अच्छी लेअर बनेगी।

    अब आटे के ४ हिस्से करे और १ १ हिस्सा ले कर उसकी छोटी छोटी लोईया बनाए और बीच में छेद करते हगे उसे साइड में रखे । ऐसे ही सारी बालुशाही बना ले।

  5. 5

    गैस पर घी या तेल गरम करे और धीमी आँच पर सारी बालुशाही तल ले और हल्की गरम चाशनी में डाल दे ५ मिनिट चाशनी में रहने के बाद बाहर निकले और पिश्ता डाल कर परोसे
