  1. 1 cupcapsicum, cubed
  2. 3-4Potatoes, thick slices
  3. 1 cupcarrot, cubed/round
  4. 1 cuptomato, cubed/round
  5. 1 cupchicken, cubed
  6. 1/2 teaspoonginger paste -
  7. 1/2 teaspoongarlic paste -
  8. 1/2 teaspoonred chili powder -
  9. 1 tsphot spice powder -
  10. 2 tbsyogurt -
  11. 1 teaspoonsugar -
  12. 1/2 teaspoonsalt -
  13. 1 1/2 tablespoonsoy sauce light -
  14. 1-2 teaspoonlemon juice -
  15. 3 tablespoonoil - for frying
  16. 1/2 cuptomato ketchup -

Cooking Instructions

    Step 1- in a large bowl take all vegetable and chicken.

    Step 2- add ginger, garlic, red chili, sugar, salt, soy sauce and lemon juice. Mix well and rest for 10 minutes.

    Step 3- now insert the marinated chicken and vegetables into the skewers

  4. 4

    Step 4- heat 3 tablespoon oil in a fry pan. fry sushlic until deep brown (shallow fry at least 15-20minutes.)

    Step 5 Brush tomato ketchup and cook for a few more minutes and remove from heat.
    serve with sauce and salad. serve as a appetizer or snacks.
