Ingredients

  • 200 gmrice
  • 200 gmsugar
  • As needed dry fruits
  • 1 tablespoonoil
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the rice for half an hour

    Take one pan put water than steam the rice put some half teaspoon turmeric powder & elachi

    When rice is cooked add sugar and mix well and cover the pan at low flame till sugar dissolves...put the gas off keep rest for 10 mins now heat the oil and spread on sweet rice & garnish with dry fruits
